She has been associated with teaching since 1970 . She has guided sixty researchers in Political science and Public administration and forty at M.Phil degree . She has been member of many academic organisations and is also Founder member of World Peace Association ,Wales . She has been to England,Belgium , France, Germany, Switzerland , Poland and Netherland for academic pursuits .
